Mayor Tom Barrett unveils the 2010 Mayor’s Design Awards for contributing to the design excellence of the urban landscape. The Tonic Tavern, Bay View, WI is one of the winners in the "Design That Grabs You" category, awarded to projects that have great curb appeal, street engagement, inviting exteriors, welcoming entries and gathering spaces for the public. Award winning interior designer, Stephanie Quinn, of The OAR Group, helped set the stage with material, color and finish selections, lighting, and furnishings.
