			Kevin is the president and cofounder of the OAR Group, Inc. He has been involved in the residential remodeling industry since 1985. He is a member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) since 1999, he currently serves as the vice president of NARI, and has also served as the treasurer of NARI since 2004. Kevin received his Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) certifications with NARI. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW Platteville, Kevin specializes in structural design and project management.



			Jeff is the Vice President and co-founder of the OAR Group Inc. He has been involved in the construction industry since 1990, starting out in new home construction. As owner of Conservation Development, a residential development and new home construction company, Jeff’s focus is on Green Building Practices and striving to use “earth-friendly” materials that are safe on the environment. Jeff gained extensive experience with remodeling older homes by his past experience in expediting and project management for past remodeling contractors. Jeff also serves as the town Planning Commissioner and Town Supervisor for the Town of Troy, WI and is dedicated to serving the community.



			Stephanie, co-owner of OAR Design Studio, has been designing residential interiors since 1999. With a degree in Interior Design, Stephanie’s focus is kitchens, bathrooms and interior spaces, coordinating all aspects of the design from layout to material selections. Stephanie is a member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and received her Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) certification with NARI. Stephanie currently holds the position of Treasurer for the NKBA, National Kitchen and Bath Association for the WI/MI chapter.. Stephanie has a strong background with color theory and has a passion for contemporary design and using unique materials to create one-of-a kind spaces. She has been published in MKE Magazine, Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel, Wisconsin Woman Magazine, and M Magazine for various projects and articles relating to the design industry.



			Scott, co-owner of the OAR Group, has been involved in the residential remodeling industry since he was 14 when he helped his father remodel their kitchen, he was hooked ever since. He has built numerous homes and owned his own residential construction business for 25 years before joining the OAR group. His areas of expertise are rough and finish carpentry, wood flooring and tile installation. Scott works hands-on overseeing the crews to make your project turns out spectacular.
